Purchase Orders

CDS Parts accepts purchase orders from schools, hospitals and government entities. You can email your purchase orders to sales@cdsparts.com once you have approval from us.

Please include at least the following on the purchase order:

1. Quantity, Item #’s, Item Description & Price
2. Bill to and Ship to information.
3. Contact # and email address.

We accept checks, credit cards and Paypal as forms of payment.
